I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition and Wellness Counselor and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and cannot express enough my love for health and wellness. With each of my clients, I approach weight loss and health goals from a holistic perspective, addressing lifestyle, nutritional needs and prescribed exercise as a means to achieve greater health, more energy and a balanced life.
My passion for fitness and wellness promises a balanced and challenging fitness program through specialized exercise programming for each client. Using a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), circuit training and full-body strength training, workouts are guaranteed to be tough and fun. I also do corrective exercise and have worked with clients recovering from major spinal, knee and shoulder surgeries. No matter what your goals or needs, we can find a program that will work for you.
Nutrition and Wellness Counseling
As a nutritional counselor, I coach clients through meal planning, making healthful choices and achieving fitness and weight loss goals through food. Through one-on-one sessions, group workshops or monthly seminars, clients can look forward to a balanced, healthful and tasty approach to meals and snacks. I love cooking and baking, always on the look-out for ways to make those favorite recipes a little more body-friendly.
